I am not a morning person. I like to sleep. I like to run. I would like to get back into shape and start doing road races. I would like to start running a couple times a week. I do enjoy mid afternoon runs the best. However, I don't want to take Elisabeth at that time because it would be to hot for her. Evenings aren't good because my energy is shot and that's the only time Michael and I have to spend together. Early mornings are best.
I would like to get up around 6 am and run. Who thinks I can do this? Do I have any supporters out there?
